Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Stomach And Kidneys

i have been diagnosed with lichen sclerosis and feel i need some relief from the pain. i do find that drinking alcohol in moderation does help as i get a lot of discomfort in my stomach kidneys and back pain. can you tell me what is the most suitable type of spirit to drink? i am 51 years old 11 st 12 and 5ft 6 i have endometriosis sciatica in my right hip. a 3cm endometrium on my left ovary. i get extremely hot around my stomach and back. i have had my womb removed in in 1993 i have had a cervical erosion and cysts in the cervix

- Drink plenty of liquids ( any of the spirit is not recommended )
- Prefer soft , light diet .
- PPI as omeprazole and tylenol ( 500 ) mg will give primary relief .
