Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy And Depression

My daughter is suffering fr epilepsy wef 2003. She is very emotional,centimetal with her mother. Her mother is cardiac neuro patient. She always remains worried abt her health. She is taking Tegritol cr 200 BD .200mg in morn,400mg in ngt with Frizium 5mg. Mostly she remains in grip of headache and feels that her head is rounding after this she becomes dull fr abt 10 to 12 hrs.Due to which she feels depression. She is std of B.Sc III.Her CT scan is quite normal ,EEG shows epilepsy,all blood reports are normal.PLY Advice.

Since your daughter has changes of mood she can consider to change the medication from Tegretol to Valproic Acid (depakine) as the last one is an anti epileptic and is also used in mood alterations. But she have to consult this with her doctor first.
