Suggest Treatment For Feces Retention

I m 3 months post hysterectomy, cyctocle, rectocele , vaginal wall repair surgery. I am retaining feces. Some times I have to physically remove feces. This is very uncomfortable. This happens at home and also when I m a work. What can I do for this condition?
