Suggest Treatment For Fever And Loss Of Appetite

my 4 year old daughter finnished antibiotics 3 days ago for throat, chest and ear infection. she seemed ok until last night when she started compaining she did not feel well. she has a temp of 39 today i have given her calpol and iburophen but she is leeping all the time. i have to keep waking her up to get her to drink as she is refusing. could the infection be back and do i need to take her to out of hours doctor today?

Hello,

Antibiotics must be restarted. If there is repeated attacks of fever, the focus of infection must be identified.

Conditions like urinary tract infection can cause similar symptoms. A urine routine is also required.
