Suggest Treatment For Fever

Hello Doctor, my daughter is 1 yr 7 months .she 10 kg,75 inches. she is suffering from fever since 2 days. she had loose stools after administration of antibiotic so we went to the clinic and they changed the aantibiotic. since 5 hours her diaper is not wet not passed urine is it ok? i gave her some 100 ml of milk before she goes to sleep.. please help me.whether she needs attention.

Hi, since your child has loose stools for 2 days she might have dehydration, now since starting of medicines the loose stools has decreased but body needs fluids to correct dehydration and that's why your child has not passed urine. I advice you to give ORS solution and adequate fluids to the child and if does not pass urine within 4 hours then you should go to ER and get the child examined. Take care.
