Suggest Treatment For Fever

My daughter is 4 years old and she is having fever since last 4 days. her temprature is around 100 -102 degrees. She has no other symptom otherwise. She is eating and playing. But has fever. I am giving her crocin ever 5-6 hours. Is it alright that fever is for so many days.

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If it is viral fever usually i subsides in 5 days.
If no relief it needs investigation and addition of an antibiotic in consultation with a doctor.
