Suggest Treatment For Gas In 7 Month Baby

My daughter is a little over 7 months old and gas a extremly hoarse voice. She was crying for several hours thursday night. She doesnt have a fever or diarrhea and is eating normally. Should I take her in to her pedi seeing as it has been 4 days and it has not gotten better?
