Suggest Treatment For Gastric And Belching Problem

Hi, i am 27 yrs female weighing 60kg and with a height of 4 ft 11 inches. I have had episodes of gastritis in the past with belching. i ate a very spicy meal for lunch today. While eating my lunch, i ate a piece of chillie which caused my mouth, throat and ears to burn. half an hour later i started belching and having this intense dull stomach ache

Your query being appreciated, the given history and the symptoms could be suggestive of hyperacidity, if I would be the doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with PPI (Proton pump inhibitors) and he best drug for this is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, avoid taking spicy food, heavy meal, try to have more alkali diet like green leafy vegetables, drink more water, hope this information helps.
