Suggest Treatment For Gastritis With History Of IBS

I am 29 years old. I have been suffering from IBS from last 14 years. Previous 8 years stool was hard but last 5 years stool is soft slimy, now I wake up very early in the morning 4.30- 5 am with lots of gas. I have to go 3/4 times in the morning. Recently i was prescribed Eldicet 50 and vizylab but I feel nothing improvement.please help me....

Hello.....
I have gone through your details. First of all, nothing to worry about it. In IBD, gastric upset and abnormality are common in IBD. In your case, you have incomplete defecation with increase frequency of stools.
So in my opinion, kindly take Cap Clistar RT/ Normaxin RT thrice a a day before meal, Sachet/Cap Sporolac thrice a day, Tab Rifaximine 400 mg twice a day with Cap Esomeperazole with Domperidon twice a day.
If diarrhea not controlled, then take Tab Loperamide sos.
