Suggest Treatment For Green Nasal Drainage And Cough In Babies

One year old: Three weeks ago started symptoms of green nasal drainage, fever, cough, pulling at ear. One round of Amoxicillin given by physician along with nasal spray, tylenol. Off antibiotic for a couple days, all above came back stronger. Another round of Amoxicillin, nasal spray, tylenol. Now, yellow nasal drainage, coughing, low grade fever, pulling at ears again. Recommendations?

If cough is wet cough, start syp ambroxol 2.5ml three times a day
Start syp cetrizine 2.5ml once daily x 5 days
Give steam inhalation thrice a day X 3 days
Continue tylenol and nasal spray as lonf as symptoms subside
