Suggest Treatment For Having L4-L5 Bulging Disc

I pulled my left groin playing softball 8 months ago. It never felt right and still isn't 100%. About 4 months after that I moved quickly one morning and now have L4-L5 bulging disk. It was very painful for about a month and then the pain started radiating down my left glute and into the back of my left leg, but only down to where my butt and thigh meet- no lower than that. The pain is so bad and nothing is helping. Physical Therapy isn't helping. I do lots of core exercises, stretching, yoga. Help!! I am very active in sports, the gym, etc. I quit smoking. I don't know what else to do.
