Suggest Treatment For Headache And Fever

My 4 year old daughter started having headaches 3 days ago. She started running fever around 103 that night. Within the last couple of nights her fever has gotten as high as 104. We have been treating her by rotating ibuprofen and tylenol. Tonight she had a bloody nose out of nowhere. She hasn t been eatingwell. What should we do?

Hi,
As your child is having very high fever for last 3-4 days requires to consult doctor as early as possible.
This can be viral fever or bacterial but having high fever some blood work is to be carries out.
Go to ER and get examined.
Meanwhile continue giving ibuprofen or tylenol as and when required.
Give him plenty of water and liquids and keep her well hydrated.
Give her light diet.
Ok and take care.
