Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea, Diarrhea With Loss Of Appetite And Fever
Hi, I am a 25 yr old female. Today I woke up dizzy with a headache. After I showered I felt nausea and then had dirreaha. Then came these egg tasting burps. I can t eat I feel full but I m hungry. I have a fever that s almost 102. I feel very weak also.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history about a 25 year old female patient having dizziness, headache, nausea, egg tasting burps, loose motions and fever. These all are suggestive of gastroenteritis and hence I would advise you the following: Rush to ER or your GP. Get the stool, blood and urine tested. Get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone. Maintain hydration, if the vomiting does not allow it, take intravenous fluids and electrolytes. Complete the course of medicines.
