Suggest Treatment For Heartburn, Swollen Throat And Chest Pain While Having Barrett's

i have been diagnosed with barretts, today I went to the ER with shortness of breath and chest pain (mostly a heaviness). The Dr. did a lot of cardio tests to rule out heart problems, but I'm home with the same feeling in my throat. Hearburn feelings, some sharp pain in the chest, and an almost swollen feeling in my throat. The Dr. told me to get a stress test because of family history, but what can I do about this feeling now? It is very uncomfortable to work with tomorrow.
