HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be due to hiatus hernia it self and that needs to be ruled out along with this it could be inflammatory condition of esophagus, such symptoms of difficulty in swallowing demands the medical attention and it can not be taken lightly it requires work up for correct diagnosis till then antacid with local action can be tried hope this information helps.
