Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi i am sameer from india and i am 21 years old and my problem is that there is a small hole in the openning of my anus,i mean it is located just above the oppening of the anus and it pains a lot these days,i think it could be because of forced shitting,and i am shy to show it to my doctor.And there is also a small growth in the left side of the oppening of the anus,so what should i do? i waited for many days to get it solved naturally,but it didnt.sorry my english is week,i may not be able to explain it properly,if you want then i can take pictures of it and send it to you.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to analysing fistula. An anal fistula is a small tunnel that develops between the end of the bowel and the skin near the anus.

Treatment consists of surgery. I recommend you to avoid constipation by eating fibre-rich diet and drinking liquids.
