Suggest Treatment For Inter Menstrual Bleeding With Nausea

I have been having hot/cold flashes, feeling nauseous (even after drinking just water), very tired (even after sleeping 6 hours), and whole body aches. I have finished my period about a week ago and it was heavier then normal and lasted a whole week instead of my normal 4-5 days. I have missed work due to what is going on and just want to get better. What could be wrong with me?

As the first line of management, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid for controlling bleeding.

If the problem persists you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
