Suggest Treatment For Itching On The Testicles

when i drink alcohol i get my thighs down to my knees get red and itchy also my elbows get red and itchy to sometimes it feels inflamed now it has moved to my testicals an is very itchy the rashes on my thighs and elbow have gone a way but my testicals still itch very much how can i cure my self

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of alcohol consumption causing redness and inflammation at the thighs, elbows and now on scrotum .
This is classical of some autoimmune disorder of the skin that the redness and inflammation occurs on drinking alcohol.
I would advise you the following:
First of all you have to stop alcohol altogether as this is the instigating cause.
Get a consultation of a Dermatologist and get investigated to get a proper treatment.
