Suggest Treatment For Itching Rashes On Body

Hello! I am seventeen years old and since about four-five weeks ago I have been getting rashes on my body. They are very small, pink/non coloured and they itch, especially at night. I have the itch all over my body but mainly between my thumb and index fingers, on my ribs (both front and sides), my arms and my calves and knees, and on these places I also have the rashes. Lately I have also been getting them around my armpits and on my stomach. I am afraid that I have scabies because it mosly itches at night and when I just get out of the shower, but I have no scabies burrows. Could this be something else?
