Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation Around The Anal Area

my 5 year old daughter and i had pinworms and now are on our second line after the over the counter we took Albania 1 week ago but i am still itching-markedly better but still itching-is that ok? i am worried because i tried to brush if off the last time as irritation and paranoia abut then we ended up reinfected despite 3 doses of the over the counter
