Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Thighs And Buttocks Of A Child
10 year old girl with constant, itchy rash on inner thighs and buttocks since late December. She used to take baths and now takes only showers. She has been to her family doctor and treated with antibiotics and cortizone cream with minimal results. She also has dry skin.

From history it seems that she might be having fungal infection giving this problem.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for oral anti-fungal medicine.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
