Suggest Treatment For Joint Osteoarthritis

I am 59 years old and I have neck pain, burning and arm pain that I have lived with for many years. I have used massage and chiropractors to relieve my symptoms. Recently I have a bout with severe vertigo and it had nothing to do with my ears so they did an MRI of my head and neck. Results showed, C2-C3 disc desiccation with severe right facet joint osteoarthritis with fusion of the joint space. No stenosis.What is the best TX ? Thank you.

THERE IS NO RECOMMENDED TREATMENT FOR THIS , THESE ARE AGE REALTED CHANGES AND IF THEY RAE NOT CAUSING STENOSIS THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY.
