Suggest Treatment For Kid Suffering From Diarrhea And Stomach Ache

i have a baby who is almost 20 months old now and since 5pm this evening she has been crying due tp her stomach hurting, it is very tight and it seems to be like bubbling and when that happens it gets tighter. my husband said she has had diarreah all day and now she cant do a bowl at all and cant get comfortable. She wont even drink anything. what should i do i dont know whats wrong with her.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your 20 month old baby and understood your concerns.
Severe pain in abdomen causing tightening and diarrhea all along the which stop is a cause of worry in a small child.
Needs urgent opinion of a Pediatric Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations such as X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography of the whole abdomen, tests of stool and blood to get an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
This will allow to see for intestinal intussusception or any other cause like appendicitis and so on.
