General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I do suggest an ultrasound and complete urine examination. Which will give a better idea about the underlying problem, and if the urine shows urinary tract infection, then better to go for urine culture and sensitivity and treatment can be given accordingly. If a kidney stone is shown on ultrasound then it can be treated with urine alkalizing salts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Noora
