Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain In Osteoarthritis Patients

I fell on my knee s, my left which has osteoarthritis in it. Both knees swelled and bruised. It has been a month now and there is still a hard lump on my left knee, that hurts when I touch it and thrombs at night some time. Will this go away soon or do I need to get medical assistance on this? Thank you

Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
The pain due to inflammatory changes in the joint cavity.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
