Suggest Treatment For Ligament Injury In The Right Knee

I have acl injury since november 2012, though it was a focal partial tear grade1 and I consulted a doctor he advised me to wear a knee cap and gv me tablets ultracet and adesome fr six months and also told me to do quadriceps. But my problem was not releaved after six months also, so I consulted another doctor who told me dr was nothing serious and advised me to do quadriceps and hamstrings and not to climb stairs. After nine months I took physiotherapy for three months I got a little relief and have pain sumtyms, but my physiotherapists said dat im in ds condition because I got d ryt treatment v late, amd I should continue wd my daily routine now. Now ts been six months since I took physio therapy n still im having pain and therapists told me to do cold fomentation nd do quadriceps n ham strings ed a lil weight....my right knee has ligament injury wch s nt healed yet n nw I suddenly gt ankle sprain n d opposite leg ie left leg since a month....please advise im nt able to walk...
