Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion Of 7 Month Baby

HI Dr

My son is 7 month old and he is having loose motion from past 13 days . initially Dr nearby siad its dysentry and he gave an antiboitic injection but after that he is continuing with motion 3 to 4 time a day . sometime yellowish sticky and green .

Thanks for your query
Give oral rehydration solution after each loose stool.
Give probiotic for few days.
Give coconut water,curd,mashed banana.
In case symptoms persist get him re evaluated by pediatrician.
