Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I was told that I have chronic injuries with arthritis, multiple levels of disc bulging and one area of narrowing of my spinal canal. Also that I need to wear a back brace all the time. I suffer from lower back pain constantly. How serious is this?

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

To treat this disease you should take conservative treatment that contains non steroidal anti inflammatory medications and muscle relaxants. I would recommend Meloxicam and Valium.
Chiropractic procedures and massage can also help.

I hope my answer is helpful. Ask me for anything unclear.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
