I am a 67 year old woman who has taught Yoga for 25 years. I have danced and never had a back problem. i fell three years ago and a year ago was diagnosed with lumber spinal stinosis. I have had a little pain from time to time. 4 weeks ago I started having lots of pain...in tailbone area and shooting in back thigh. It hurts when I sleep, stand, sit a certain way, lift my legs, start to bend back and walk..any walking....what do i do now?
