Suggest Treatment For Lupus And Psoratic Arthritis

My niece, age 53 has recently been having all kinds of episodes-diagnosed probable Lupus and Psoratic Arthritis..today her hands and arms started turning blue and now after 5 hours or so arm is black from armpit to elbow-She has in past taken Xarelto and recently on Eliquis-so stiff and sore with arms hurting, does not sleep.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should consider to take an immunosuppressant agent or DMARDs (Disease Modifying Antirheumatic Drugs), in this case I would suggest Methotrexate aus prefilled syringe subcutaneous, once weekly, and acid folic as adjuvant.
