doctor my name is srikanth i am suffering from pain in the anal part there is very much iitching and pain from past 2 years i am applying cream and taking tablets like smuth and aantibotic tablets and b complex6 and 12. iam facing to much heat while i drive the vehicle i sweat a lot and i start sraching anal where it starts painning iam not getting proper sleep to get sleep i use warm water to anal part wherei get relife doctor pls saggest me how to overcome from this problem.

Your symptoms may be related to hemorrhoids.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or
- use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
