Suggest Treatment For Pain And Lump In The Anal Opening Along With Mucus In Stools

About 2 months ago I had a course of antibiotics following removal of 4 wisdom teeth under general anaesthetic. After a few days I had a lot of itching around my anus which I thought was thrush so I used canestan tablet and cream. This helped the itching but ever since then I have a lot of pain when passing stools and a burning pain if my urine comes into co tact with my anus. I have also noticed a lot of mucus in my stools and it is sometimes present when passing wind. I can feel a hard lump just on the edge of my anus but it is not sore to touch. Sometimes after passing a stool I notice blood on the tissue. Please can you help?

Noted the history of taking antibiotic course for removal of 4 wisdom teeth 2 months ago - since then have itching around anal area, pain on urination if the urine comes in contact - mucus in stool, took canestan tables as well as cream - hard lump but not tender,on the edge of anus.
The commonest cause I can think of is anal fissure or perianal cracked skin, dermatitis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon for local examination, per-rectal digital examination and proctoscopy to start with to get a probable clinical diagnosis so that a proper treatment of antibiotic, laxative and multivitamins can be started.
Supplement with Probiotics.
Sitz bath.
Local application of povidone iodine.
If medical management fails, surgery may be needed.
