General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per the clinical experience to handle such issues, it indicates possible fissure.

The best working tips for better results:
- Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water).
- Keeping stools soft with high fiber diet, plenty of liquids and bulk forming laxative as per the requirement.
- Intake of analgesic, anti-histamine, local creams as per the clinical judgement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
