hi, when i straighten my back, i feel a cracking sound, (similar to cracking your knuckles) its not everytime i straighten, maybe once every half hour or so, its beginning to hurt. somedays it will hurt alot and some days it will be fine. Its next to the right shoulder blade area of the back
