Suggest Treatment For Paralysis

female 49, backbone fracture 2 years back, operated with a steel rode transplant. At present, lower body from hip to toe both legs are like paralysed. How to disgonise, where to get help, what preliminary investigation can be done before we reach bangalore with patient.

If the patient is complite paralyse below waist then I suggest to get patient at St John hospital. There they have inpatient service for this kind of patient for rehabilitation. Which use to be good and will helpful for standing walking activity along with caliper. And even if there are chances to recover they will take care of it. The physio rehabilitation department is also big and we'll equine. Similar service also available in nimhans at bangalore but I am not sure whether they take this kind of patient for rehabilitation or not. I prefer nimhans 1st you can check your convince. As well also can be done at home but will be little more costly.
