Suggest Treatment For Rectal Herniation Into The Vagina

i feel some obstruction is there in my vagina ,if i touch it is muscular ,i thing that it can be rectal herniation based on other symptoms also ,i got 28 days cycle ,which is regular( with some excess bleeding along with some clots ),even though i discontinued contraceptive measures since 2 months ,iam not getting pregnancy ,tough herniation is there it is not completely obstructing ,what are the treatment options for rectal herniation into vagina ,if i have 2 go for surgery ,is there any chance of fertility problem in the future
