Suggest Treatment For Recurrent 'periurethral Abscess'

Hi there. I had a periurethral abscess removed surgically in December. I am a healthy 28 year old in a healthy sexual relationship. Just over 3 months on it seems to have reappreared. Its been painful the last couple of days but seems to be easing off. Seems to be draining itself. Feels pretty large. Any advice? What can I do to prevent this in the future and what do you recommend now
