Suggest Treatment For Severe Duodenitis, Burning In Stomach

good afternoon sir,
i have intestinal problem.....i.e severe duodenities...burning of stomach...im facing this problem from two years...suggest me the right medicine....i already used medicines like ansthetic antacid gel, orni-o,happi-D, yogut, razo-D,cefbet cv,altacef cv250mg....but now im getting the problem again....

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be case of hyperacidity (Acid peptic disease ) If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, beside this diet control or change is more important, try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy, greasy food, avoid taking coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, the given treatment need to be taken at evening time it is must and it needs to be continued for six weeks hope this information helps.
