Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the symptoms of swelling, redness and itchiness is due to allergic reaction to the toxic chemical injected by the bee stinger at the site of sting and as there is small pus formation it is due to infection in the area..

Nothing to worry as it is nothing very serious and just a localized allergic reaction and will resolve soon..

You can continue taking another dose of anti allergic like benadryl and along with it take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Apply a combination of steroid and triple antibiotic ointment..
Do cool compresses over it..

In case if it does not improve or worsen consult a General Physician and get evaluated..
He can advise you a course of oral antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers, anti allergics along with topical application of antibiotic ointment and also remove the bee stinger if it is still embedded over the skin..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
