Suggest Treatment For Small Bowel Obstruction With Lymph Nodes In Abdomen

i was admitted into a hospital for sm bowel obstruction. the ct scan showed lympnodes in my abdomen were an inch or so. the dr. said i may have lymphoma, i went to see an oncoligist and he requested a pet scan and my insurance denied it. do i really have anything to worry about? i did have an obstruction and was in hospital for 3 days,couldn't this be the real reason why my lympnodes were so big?

Lymphoma is kind of malignant disease and it is really matter of concern or worry. If this is the malignant disease, then lymph node is very likely condition.

Now, only thing is the condition needs to be confirmed. In my opinion, the biopsy is the best option to rule out the disease, you can discuss this with your doctor.
