Suggest Treatment For Soft Tissue Damage In Foot

Hey a couple of weeks ago I trapped my foot in the door & the top of my foot and toes have all bruised. I had an Xray, no broken bones. Just said soft tissue damage. It s still no better, can t walk on it really. Just wondered if could be more serious as my foot still swolen & when I put pressure on it my whole foot goes bright red & I have a thudding pain in it.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have got soft tissue injury your foot. Icing will be helpful to reduce swelling .Rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen is it's treatment. Keep limb elevated on pillow. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
