Suggest Treatment For Soreness And Stiffness In Joints
Hi! For the past 3-4 weeks, I have had soreness and stiffness in my joints, mostly feet, ankles, hands and wrists (in that order). I tend to feel better as the day goes on, only to wake up the next day starting all over again. It s awakened me at night. I also have had ongoing bouts of dizziness during this time. Not severe enough to affect my activities, but noticeable to me. Any ideas? :-)

For stiffness in your joints soak them in warm water in the mornings. I suggest you meet your doctor and get tested for rheumatoid arthritis
