Suggest Treatment For Sperm In The Urine With Fever

i am 39 year old man, i have 2 day back fever with sheavring, then i went to docter he gave injections and medicines also blood,x-ray and uriane test done,from there found in sperms in uriane, what is the reason? and what is correct treatment? it will dangrous in my feature life and sexual life?

I will be very thanks to giving a reply for my questions.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Sperm in the urine is not to worry.
2. During last ejaculation, some might have left behind or if there was a retroejaculation, it would have come in urine. More details necessary for further opinion.
3. No, it wont affect your life or sexual life. You need to take paracetamol for fever. More details necessary to identify cause and site of fever and appropriate treatment. Urine if it does not contain leukocytes, suggests no infection.
