General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a ringworm infection. I suggest using an anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest using Fluconazole 150 mg for three days. If the symptoms continue, you should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
