Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Cracking Sound In Knees

Having problem with left knee I am walking with a limp and cannot straighten it all the way. I had knee surgery 20yr ago and have been having cracking noises when straighting it out. It really doesn t hurt but ounce you hAd a knee surgery you are alwAys concerned. Was lifting weights this week and the legs left great until the next day when it got stiff. Have been icing it for two days
