Suggest Treatment For Stomach Bloating

Hi, I have been bloating more for last 6 months. Which I can call not usual compare to earlier year. I am getting pain on left side of chest when sleeping,as per physician suspect it is due to gas in stomach. The pain is not continuous it goes and comes back. Sometime I do not get good sleep due to chest discomfort when lying on bed. History : My gallbladder removed by lap surgery 6 years ago. At the same time Endoscopy was done for stomach and mild hital hernia was detected. Please advice ?

Hi,

It can be due to gas formation in the stomach and as you say of a hiatal hernia you had symptoms of acid reflux which are causing chest discomfort.

You need to take some preventive measures like stop smoking, avoid acid causing foods and coffee, take light meals in the diet.

You also report to the emergency room for examination so that you can be properly assessed for a hernia and treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
