Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps,bloating And Soft Stools

I have had soft stools for a long time (at least 6 months, maybe a year). It's not diarrhea, but it doesn't have a normal consistency either, or at least not what i was used to before. Sometimes i have real diarrhea as well (really fluid). I often have cramps and feel bloated. I'm often gassy. I have a normal, healthy diet and exercise twice a week (swimming).
