my 9 year old has sick for 3 months severe stomach pain,diaherria every 20. we have changed diet, had antiboitics no answers.mri, ultra sound. yesterday she had labs, red and white cells high, platlettes low ..pease help i need some answers?

It looks like viral infection with secondary bacterial component.
Have you tested for dengue and malaria.
