Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Arm After A Fall
I am 60 years old. i feel on rock. I bruised my arm. There is no discoloration due to me appying arnica gel periodically, but it has been a week and the inflicted area is still swollen. My blood pressure is now very high. Are these two related. What should I do.
As you had a fall there will be a bony hurt. But better to take an X-ray for safety side as your age is 60 and bone weakness is assumed. Also the gel you applying and blood pressure has no connection.
May be not using the hand may lead to high blood pressure and also the injury. I will advise to do hot water fermentation and slowly use the hand for simple exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
