Suggest Treatment For Swelling On Arm And Pain In Shoulder

my gp made me have a blood test for overactive thyroid but now i ve got a hard lump or tight swelling in the middle of my arm and its the same that hurts now and then from the shoulder down my stomach bloats up and is very discomforting my fingers and feet swell up and im always hot and bothered please help i am 4o years old i have 2 laporoscopys done because they say i have endrometrosis 5 years ago
